A medical graduate turned entrepreneur, Dr. Raghubir Singh Grewal has founded and scaled companies across mining, marketing & advertising, and healthcare over 35+ years. As Chairman and Managing Director, he defines Dr. Lime Group's long-term vision, driving innovation, operational excellence, and its evolution into a future-ready industrial minerals platform.

Dr. H.R. Dandi brings 30 years of experience across the mining and cement industries, with a PhD in Geology, membership of the Mining Engineers Association of India, and over 30 published articles on geology and mineral regulations. As Joint Managing Director, he leads raw material strategy, technology-driven plant operations, and the commercial development of new product lines.

A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with over 35 years in management accounting, tax, audit, and mergers & acquisitions, CA Subodh Kaura leads financial governance, commercial controls, and supply chain coordination at Dr. Lime Group. He drives working capital efficiency, cost control, tax planning, and capital formation to ensure consistent performance and scalable business growth.

Ms. Sukhmani Grewal holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and a BBA from Macquarie University, Australia, and brings 15 years of experience in transaction and business advisory at Big Four consulting firms across mining, power, and infrastructure. At Dr. Lime Group, she leads market positioning, project structuring, capital planning, and strategic partnership development.

Mr. G.S. Gupta draws on over three decades of leadership in a major public sector bank, where he headed corporate credit and international banking operations. A Postgraduate in Business Administration with a certification in Foreign Trade from IIFT New Delhi, he oversees financial planning, compliance, treasury oversight, and risk management at Dr. Lime Group.

Mr. Kumbha Ram Choudhary holds a B.Tech in Mining Engineering, a First Class Mines Manager Certificate, and a Surveyor Certificate from DGMS, with 17+ years of specialised experience in limestone sizing and grinding. At Dr. Lime Group, he leads mining operations, resource optimisation, and safe production planning across the extraction value chain.

With 36 years in quality control and laboratory management, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Kumrawat has deep expertise in glass manufacturing, raw material testing, and regulatory compliance across ISO 9001-2015, ISO 15378, and GMP standards. At Dr. Lime Group, he leads quality assurance, laboratory systems, and product consistency across all industrial applications.
